We collect information you provide when you sign up and use the API service, including account details (email, name, company), API key usage, and usage metrics (e.g. backtest runs, setup evaluations) for billing and service operation.
We use your data to provide the service, enforce limits, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Backtest results and alert delivery records are retained according to the limits configured for the service (see your account and product terms). You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. API keys are stored in hashed form. Do not share your API key or admin password.
